FaultCite terms of use
Maintenance responsibility
FaultCite is a recordkeeping and workflow service. It does not authorize work or replace lockout/tagout procedures, OEM documentation, employer rules, qualified supervision or professional judgment. Stop work whenever machine identity, energy state, qualification or authorization is uncertain.
Authorized use
Users must use their own verified identity, access only authorized companies and records, and provide accurate records. Company owners are responsible for roles, invitations, retention settings and uploaded-document rights.
Records and sources
FaultCite may preserve audit events and approved records as immutable history. Users must not upload material they lack the right to store or use. Diagnostic information must be verified against applicable approved sources and site procedures.
Pilot availability
Features may change during a controlled pilot. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider failures. Paid checkout remains unavailable until production subscription configuration is complete.
