For account, invitation, record or pilot support, email admin@faultcite.com. Include the request ID shown by FaultCite when reporting an application error; never send passwords, session tokens or API keys.

Safety boundary

FaultCite is not an emergency service. For an immediate machine or personnel hazard, stop work and follow your employer’s emergency, lockout/tagout and supervisor escalation procedures.
