FaultCite privacy notice
FaultCite processes account identity, company membership, machine and maintenance records, evidence files, audit events and support submissions to provide the service.
Use and sharing
Information is used to authenticate users, separate company workspaces, preserve repair records, support review and approval workflows, protect the service and respond to support requests. Infrastructure, identity, storage and email providers process information only as needed to provide those services.
Retention and control
Company owners configure retention within available service controls. Legal holds, safety obligations and contractual requirements may require longer preservation. Authorized company users can export company records from the application.
Security and requests
FaultCite uses encrypted transport, role controls, tenant separation, private file delivery and audit history. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact admin@faultcite.com. Company-controlled records may also require coordination with the relevant company owner.
