FaultCite is focused on CNC troubleshooting evidence and repair knowledge. It is not positioned as a replacement for every planning, inventory and work-order function of a full CMMS.
Does FaultCite replace OEM manuals or qualified technicians?
No. FaultCite supports trained maintenance personnel and preserves applicable source material and evidence. OEM procedures, employer safety rules and qualified judgment remain authoritative.
Can different companies see each other's records?
The application is designed around tenant-scoped company workspaces and role-controlled access. Cross-company isolation is part of the release acceptance process.
Where do users sign in?
